Harrisburg, PA – October 1, 2021: HB Global, LLC, the employee-owned parent company of eight U.S. mechanical, electrical, and plumbing contracting divisions, is an employee-centric organization. The two executive moves of Adam Smith and Jim Saussaman are expected to help drive organic and acquisition growth while concentrating on an exceptional culture at each division.

Saussaman has become Division President of HB Electric, a new HB Global division initiative, after serving as HB McClure’s Division President for the past 5 years. HB McClure is HB Global’s 107-year-old Central PA division. He has held various key leadership roles for three decades and has contributed to HB McClure’s success through strategic planning, people development, operational excellence, and community relationships. Saussaman will now oversee BBEC Electrical and all future electrical company acquisitions for HB Global under the HB Electric division.
